Ahmedabad University is a self-financed non-affiliating
university promoted by the Ahmedabad Education
Society (AES), which has been established u/s. 3
of Gujarat private University Act No. 8 of 2009.
University is promoted by the Ahmedabad Education
Society (AES) which was established in the year 1936
by visionaries like Kasturbhai Lalbhai, Ganesh
Malvankar and other luminaries. AES has remained
benchmark for high academic standards for more
than seven decades.
Ahmedabad University is committed to the pursuit

BUSINESS QUIZ
1. Two teams consisting of two participants are
allowed from each institute.
2. It can comprise of the questions from the following
areas.
• Domestic & International Business affairs
• Economy
• Indian Politics
• Management Fundamentals
3. Further Information related to Quiz will be
described at the time of event.


EXTEMPORE
1. The participants will be required to speak on a
topic for 5 minutes.
2. The topic will be selected by the participant at
random, from a bunch of topics.
3. The extempore will be evaluated by a panel of
judges.
4. The evaluation will be based on participant's clarity
of thoughts, composure, body movement and
fluency.
5. Only one participant can be nominated from one
institute.


GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Competition is open for the students of MBA
Programme from institutes within Gujarat.
• The participants should bring their ID Card at the
time of event.
• The last date for registration is 18/11/09.
• Only two participants for business quiz and one
for extempore need to be nominated from one
institute.
• Registration to the event is free.
